At Park & Fifth Clothing Co, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your pieces. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges on all eligible unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated courier location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card for the full value of your items to be used on any future Park & Fifth purchase.
